Ok, I was just kidding... one more post tonight.
We just received a phone call from the ortho docs. There will be no surgery tomorrow. So, the prayer request for tonight is that her lungs are strong enough to come off the ventilator tomorrow. The chest tube won't come out on the same day, but hopefully we can get her off the ventilator. That will make her feel MUCH better.
Also - please remember to keep the young man's family in your prayers - we are blessed enough to still have Mom and our boys. They lost theirs. Let's be sure to keep them in our thoughts and prayers as well as they go through this difficult time.

We will include in our prayers that the ventilator be taken off and all goes well.
I can't get the 19 year old man's family out of my mind either...I have a 19 year old son and I just can't imagine...His family is included in our prayers.
Thank you for this blog. I feel like it is a blessing that you are able to do this for all of us out in western Oklahoma and everywhere else, that has been touched by something that your mom has done or said, to keep us updated. I know that everyone is very glad that you are able to do this. My family and I are keeping your family in our prayers as well as the boys. If you have an address that we could send cards to I would like to have it. GOD will be working with everyone involved in taking care of our loved ones.
